Sides: Solid Ash.
Top: Plywood edged with American cherry and veneered with Maple burl,
inside veneered with Red Oak.
Bottom: Veneered with Red Oak.
Fixtures: Hinges and feet, polished brass. Lock: Gold plated.
Inside: Padded silk pattern.
"Chess Table"
Dimensions: width - 23.75", depth - 23.75", height - 29.25"
- Corian Chessboard banded with Black Walnut and Gaboon Ebony, American Holly corner accents. -
- Table apron is Black Walnut with a beaded American Holly drawer opening accent. -
- The Drawer pull is an overlapping pair of Chrome Fishes, inlayed with Mother of Pearl for scales. -
- The Playing pieces drawer is dovetailed Hard White Maple and padded with "Coffee Swirl" micro-fiber lining. -
- Drawer action is "Blumotion" Tandem drawer slides. -
- Side extension tables are plywood, veneered with Birds-eye Maple and edged with Black Walnut. -
- The extension table fronts are American Holly with a continuous polished aluminum pull. -
- The legs are Hard White Maple, topped with a Gaboon Ebony accent. -
- The Bottom shelf is a floating panel comprised of a plywood center veneered with Maple Burl and banded with American Holly, Black Walnut, and Gaboon Ebony. The clipped corners are accented with American Holly. -
- The Finish is Water-white Conversion varnish, bright rubbed effect. Buffed with Williamsburg wax.
"Beehive Boxes"
Sides: Solid American Cherry.
Top: 1/2 inch Plywood edged with American Holly or Black Walnut, and veneered with Maple Burl.
Bottom: 1/4 inch Plywood.
Inside: Padded oriental silk pattern, or micro-fiber leaf pattern
"Angel's Halo Candles"
Pickled Oak and Maple Candle holders, designed for a Yankee Candle insert.
Side extensions holding the Angel's Halo are White Corian.
The Angel's Halo is a polished brass ring, 6 inches in diameter.
Each Candle holder comes in either red, green, or white. And has a different Christmas fragrance.
"The story goes that as each Angel ascends in her angelic duties, the Golden Halo that adorns her crown increases in size and stature by her graceful endeavors. But the Halo that it replaces still possesses a certain angelic glow that can guide our path when shadows prevail".
"Steampunk Picture frame"
A Sapele Picture frame, inlaid with either American Holly or Gaboon Ebony for accent.
The side leg is a retractable, polished, solid brass flat rod, secured by a brass thumbsrew.
The back access panel is secured by one #3 screw, and is covered with simulated tooled leather cloth.
The frame is finished with water white, bright rubbed effect Conversion varnish and hand buffed with beeswax polish.
The frame is dimentioned to accept a 4 by 6 inch portrait picture or photograph.
The overall frame dimensions are 9 7/8 of an inch tall by 7 3/4 of an inch wide, and stands at a 7 degree bevel.
